We are pleased to offer you a convenient way to transfer funds and check balances. Once you complete and sign the below Online Banking Application and EFT Disclosure please return to the credit union. You will then receive a Welcome call with the required information to log on to the service.

Online Banking Access

Begin by entering the Logon ID and Security Code provided in your Welcome call. Once you have logged in, select your desired activity from the menu.

Mobile Deposit

Mobile Deposit is now here!

  • All owners must sign form acknowledging terms and conditions (original signature required)
  • Checking account must be established for at least 1 year
  • Deposits can only be made to checking accounts
  • Deposits must be made by 2:30pm
  • All checks must be properly endorsed as “NCCDEFCU Mobile Deposit Only”
  • If check(s) not properly endorsed deposit will be rejected
  • All deposits will have a 2 business day hold (*No Exceptions)
  • Maximum deposit per day $2,500.00
  • A valid email address is required
  • If deposit accepted, funds will show in account with hold between 4:30pm – 5:30pm 
  • Members should not destroy their RDC deposits until they receive full credit, 90 days is recommended. The Credit Union will not have copies of the checks and is not responsible to do so.

Payments are sent one of two ways — electronically or by paper checks. The majority of payments are delivered electronically. Your payment information, such as your account number, is sent via secure and encrypted transmission. All other payments are made by paper checks that are mailed via the U.S. Postal Service.
